Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy before booking. It applies to every reservation made directly with us.

Cancelling your stay

More than 14 days before check-in — full refund of the accommodation total.

7 to 14 days before check-in — 50% refund of the accommodation total.

Less than 7 days before check-in — the accommodation total is non-refundable.

Cleaning fees are refunded in full on any cancellation made before check-in. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Changing your dates

Date changes are treated as a new request and depend on availability. Contact us before cancelling — we will always try to move your stay rather than lose it.

No-shows

Failing to arrive without notice is treated as a cancellation on the day of check-in.

If we cancel

In the rare case we have to cancel your stay, you receive a full refund of everything paid, including all fees.

Bookings made on your behalf

If a member of our team created this booking for you at your request — by phone, email, or message — you gave permission for that reservation and are bound by this policy. A confirmation containing these terms is emailed to you either way.
