Sun-filled beautiful one bedroom apartment with en-suite bathroom in a brand new condominium. The living room features a working area, sofa bed and an amazing private terrace. The full kitchen consists of a dining island and stainless steel appliances. The apartment has a second guest bathroom and washer/dryer in the unit.
The space
Zilha42 Condo is built by a Canadian developer in collaboration with a Spanish architect. The builders took pride in paying special attention to detail when it comes to the interior finishing and construction. The sound-proofing floors ensure quiet enjoyment of residents, while the self-watered planters provide care-free maintenance for the plants. The building features two elevators, a rooftop pool, lounging area and BBQ area.

This place is perfect for a couple. We both work remote and the wifi was incredibly fast. There was a small, recurring issue with hot water in the showers but in general our stay was amazing! Thank you guys!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was big and comfortable. The area wasn’t too far from the main drag but far enough that it was quiet (minus the two dogs next door). The rooftop pool area is very peaceful. Host was kind and responsive. There are two bathrooms which was a bonus. They provide all the basics you need which isn’t always typical for an air b and b. I recommend staying here!
